I spent over 25 years as a global executive in investment banking, executive search, manufacturing and technology. I was challenged to develop laser focused business skills, lead teams toward success while creating a meaningful, balanced personal life. I was encouraged to work harder than my counterparts, to appreciate the skills I was born with, and to be confident through both success and failure. Having experienced the challenges of creating my own identity and footprint in careers that make an impact, I understand the the difficult and unique journey women face.

I wish to share not only my business expertise but also the experiences of running several entrepreneurial ventures and the sage advice that was passed on to me.
